Speech:- A talk, especially a formal one about a particular subject, given to a group of people, e.g. an election SPEECH.

Spoken English:- The form of language that you speak rather than write.

speech is talk to many people like a show (演講)
spoken English is just say out some English words (講話)

Spoken English means you just talk English.
