1.你可能因為工作過度or訓得唔夠!(要注意休息,,)
2.食野幫唔到你唔再累..咖啡都有呢個功能,,不過只係好短時間,,(唔好成日飲,,同身冇咩益)

成日都好累係可能同你既生活習慣有關架
要無咁累就食多d健康d既食物
唔好飲咁多高糖份油份既野
等自己既腸胃清一清
飲多d湯水(可以既話^^)

仲有呀,你每日訓幾多個中都有關架
人地話,你如果訓雙數鐘數既話(即係2, 4, 6, 8, 10個鐘)
個人會無咁累架~

You can drink some lemon water or eat some fruits. They are good for your health.
You can also drink some coca cola. But don't drink too often because it contains caffine. Caffine can make you awake.
