Climate changes and climate matters could cause natural disasters that have great and certain impacts on economy and especially some countries/areas, where their national economies and incomes are much depending on agricultural production and its export.
In Asia, Pakistan, its economy much relies on cotton growing which shares more than 60% GDP and employment of the country, the country high alerts the problem of flooding due to too much rain and dry weather during cotton growing seasons from Apr to Sep; The dry weather and climate of east African countries, that agricultural production is no way to develop and results to wide spread famines
The Philippines, so called the Asian sick man, the country locates in harsh climate and weather area where tropical cyclones are passing by and results to disastrous economic damages yearly.
Extra heavy rainfalls result to flooding, thunderstorms, twisters and hurricanes destroy buildings, roads, and the supply of electricity and the like that all have harmful effects on economic development, therefore natural disasters can also damage industrial production, governments need to resume the productions, recover and rebuild economy with lots of funding.
Another instance, there were millions people evacuating the city—New Orleans, and economic activities were totally stopped because of hurricanes destroyed in 2004

In general, the phenomenon of El Nino and La Nina caused poor business of fishery due to unusual temp of seawater and other harmful effects on economy that has been proved by scientists
