These are city assigned only. You would have to prove to the city (beyond a doubt) why 13 is not what you want for your address. A court hearing might do it.

it relies upon in case you want to stay contained in the city or outdoors. long island is amazingly effective and also you'll get there by technique of prepare in case you do not have a automobile. lots of the colleges are good and many homes have decrease back yards. my father worked contained in the city yet lived on long island and it became large as a baby! in case your searching at long island attempt to stay out of wyandanch, bentwood, and floyd.

I think you will keep that number for ever.

when multi storey buildings were built in the past, the would leave out floor 13 and have 14 following floor 12.

you probably are out of luck.the #'s are assigned by the city for logistical purposes(fire/ems/taxes/police-all of it)15,17,and 19 are probably already assigned unless the city does it on a distance rather than numerical basis in which case they would be the cross street itself.you may be onto something though, with the last part of your question-''how much do i need to pay?''good luck-i wouldn't like it either

I don't think you CAN change the number actually. The best place to start might be with your councilman or alderman of your borough. They might be able to steer you in the right direction, if it is possible.
