why don't you try the icq or msn search engine. there are some people whose mother tongue is English do not mind chatting with chinese in english. i also found some friends overseas through icq before. that was great fun! of course you have to protect yourself and it may take some time for you to find someone you can really make friends with. yet, it works! therefore, try your luck! good luck.
