量度兌換(1ml=?g)

我剛答過近似問題:

如果是1cm cube 的水, 便會是1g重. 但如果是牛油, 因為牛油比水輕, 所以便會輕於1g.
牛油的specific gravity (similar as density) = 0.865 g/cm cube.
所以, 1cm cube牛油 = 0.865g/cm cube X 1 cm cube = 0.865g.

要計出/轉換volume to weight or vice versa, 就一定要找出物件的specific gravity 或 density, 再套在formula上, 便可計出答案.

Formula: Weight of Object = Specific Gravity (for liquid) or Density (for solid) of Object X Volume of Object

gram = weight, mL = volume

cm cube = mL = volume

For pure water (H2O),
1ml = 1g
1g = 1ml
whereas "ml" is a measure of "volume", "g" is a measure of "mass".
