環境:不用多說,正！這裏的景色真的很吸引,食物其實不錯,大部份屬於好吃,主因是用料實在好。menu有意大利同日本菜,各有各叫,有日有西.我主攻意大利菜: 頭盤--暖龍蝦沙律內龍蝦份量足,新鮮龍蝦燒至半生熟,配上冬菇同火箭菜,水準唔錯!甜品--tiramisu,酒味濃郁,mascarporne與手指餅比例較坊間少,無咁漏,好味!同事們亦大讚龍蝦忌廉湯,carpaccio同埋龍蝦意大利飯.

Chesa 瑞樵閣地址: 尖沙咀梳士巴利道半島大酒店 電話: 2366-6251 菜式: 瑞士菜 消費:每人$300以上這裡裝潢並不華麗,不是半島好grand呀那種feel,覺得比較小屋,或像坐在船艙裡呢?!但有一種很親切的感覺!所以唔使著得太拘謹,但亦唔好T-shirt,波鞋牛仔褲啦!香煎鵝肝:很好很好味,完全沒有so味,無根,即溶,唔油膩!Raclette超好味,芝士極濃郁,非常燙口,配新薯一流,Traditional Cheese Fondue傳統式芝士火鍋伴鬆軟法國麵包有很得別的香味,芝士不會太濃太咸,不錯!

除了Peninsula 有 good view 外, Sheraton 的 Oyester & Wine Bar 也是好的選擇.
另外 Grand Hyatt Hotel 的 Grissini (意大利菜) or 1 Harbour Road (中菜), 情調好, view 靚.

北京道一號上面呢, 有好多間食肆架, 高果d係sea-view架..咩菜都有 (日本啦,杭州..等等), 你可以去試下.. 當然, 個價錢你都要預貴d啦~..希望幫到你啦..
