Clarinet is a transposing insturment, when clarinet plays a C on score actually it is heard as a Bb.

If you want to change to clarinet score to piano score, you can try following steps

(1) Check the key signature to transpose it down a major 2nd (e.g. clarinet score is C major in key, then the piano score should be in Bb;)

(2) All the notes should be written down 1 step then (C-->B on score becasue we had already take care of the key signature)

(3) Pay attention to the accidentals and change it accordingly

But if it is just a song/ major pieces, first two step is okay to change the score.

If you use some computer composing program that would have a function when you type in everything on the clarinet score into your computer, then press transpose to major 2nd down, you'll get the piano score directly

最簡單既做法或者應該叫做諗法就係將個clarinet譜 trans高一度(兩個半度), 因為clarinet係in B flat, 同concert C差一度(兩個半度)。
