IDD?? Good answer 10 points

*IDD Local*
If the Operator catagorizes Hong Kong SAR as a part of *Local* (usually means same geographic place with/and same juridiction within the same premise) of Mainland China, then the phone call we make from HK --> ShenZhen or GuangZhou... (for an example), the charges will be IDD Local.

On the other hand, *IDD International* means calls between countries (if the meaning of *International* doesn't change by the Oxford Dictionary).


In my own opinion, such Charges just a trick of sales if you do realize what *I D D* stands for.
