How to find job in other country.

first of all, do you have a working visa ?
Because most of the overseas companies would not employ you if you do not have a legal working visa/ permit.
Unless you are working in a company in Hong Kong which have different branches.
Then you can apply to transfer to the particular place you want to work.

If you are professional, then you can consider go to some of the website like Kelly services recruitment or man power to get more information.

Being honest, I am Malaysian and currently staying in Australia.
It is not easy to get a job if you are not in the particular country.
So my advice is the best way to get into a multinational company where next time you can transfer to other countries you would like to move to or get a working holiday visa then travel to the country you would like to work.

It is a database of jobs from more than 10 countries from ASia and US. YOu can even register as a member and specify your job requirement. Then, they will send the latest job opening to your email account. I use that myself too.
The other way is try to prioritize the country and occupation you want to work in. Then, you can search those keywords in the search engine. It is not difficult to get into some international recruitment company.
