Since bats are the only mammals that can actually fly, they have wide and large wing membranes. Their hind legs are both short and small, and are attached to the wing membranes. When a bat lands on the ground it can merely lie prostrate, with its body and wing membrane staying close above the surface. It can neither stand upright nor walk ; it cannot spread its wing membrane and fly. All it can do is to crawl very clumsily. When it climbs to a position high above the ground and hangs itself upside down, it is able to stretch its wing membrane and take flight in case of emergency.

Bat, equiped with broad and large wings, is the only true flying mammals on earth. Its hind legs are short and small and binded by its wing membranes. When it hovers on the ground it can only crawl with its wings and body adhering flat on the surface. In this position, it cannot stand, nor can it spread its wing and fly. However, when it is in a higher level above ground hanging down in an upside-down fashion, it is at its will to spread their wings and fly as to evade any danger it may encounter.

Since bats are the only truly can fly mammalia, it has the extended big wing membrane. Its after foot short ane small, and it is lived by the wing membrane company. When it falls, it only can bend down in the ground, Its body and wing membrane all pastes the tread, it cannot stand or walk cannot launch the wing membrane to fly, only can slowly crawl is not very nimble. If crawls to the high place hangs upside down. When it meets something critically, it may extend the wing membrane to take off as necessary.
