有關yahoo知識問題

點解當問題交予投票時，有2個答案明明得票數目相同，點解個percentage會唔一樣?仲見過差成2個%... 究竟係點決定點個多1個%,邊個少1個%? 同最後究竟用票數定係同%選出最佳解答?

可能是系統出錯了！得票最多的答案會成為最佳答案。

I think the server cannot updated the data, vote by numbers not percentage. percentage is just for seeing the average value only!
