Re 香港 I understand what you are talking about. I worked for property agency company before, so I know how it works. The thing is, I don't want to go through the agents bcoz I don't want to pay for the fee.
Can I ask the agent to bring me to the house for the first time, and I look for the landlord through Land Search(Since I know the address)? In case I made the deal with the landlord by my own, and the agent found out that was me, Can he/she do anything to me? Am I against the law by doing this?
