So you re preparing for the HKCEE oral exam, I guess. Basically the info. that you need can be found in your course book or teacher s notes. If you really have no idea, remember the following points:
(1) greeting
(2) drawing people s attention
(3) reminding people the discussion topic [don t just read the topic aloud]
(4) organising the tasks (ie sub-topics 1-3 given in the instructions)
EXAMPLE:
examiner: Candidates, you have 6 mins for the discussion.
S1: HELLO EVERYBODY, SHALL WE START NOW?
s2,3,4: yes/sure
S1 AS YOU KNOW, WE RE HERE TO DISCUSS THE FREEDOM OF TEENAGERS. I THINK WE CAN POINT OUT [xxx xxx xxx] FIRST. THEN WE CAN TALK ABOUT [xxx xxx xxx]. AND FINALLY WE DISCUSS [xxx xxx xxx]. DO YOU AGREE?

after doing the above things you may give your first point, with reasons given (e.g. I think that xxx xxx xxx, because xxx xxx xxx). DO NOT simply ask others: 「What do you think?」because the examiner might think that you have no idea at all.

thank you, and i hope you can practise more with your classmates.
參考: say TALK ABOUT, or DISCUSS xxx xxx xxx [but NOT discuss ABOUT xxx xxx xxx]
