這要視乎很多因素,如果該班飛機是很full的那有可能會收overload. 而且去不同地方會有不同收費,如東南亞一帶就會是$80/kg左右,美加會是$800每件多出的行李,澳紐則是$300/kg左右.

有說會是看當時那個地勤的心情,其實只是說笑的,因為他們都是照公司的規矩工作,也不會因此而收commission. 收與不收其實是電腦系統話事的.

我試過超回澳洲時超4kg都沒有事.不過當然最好都是不超重, 或選擇另外寄.

it depends on various factors related to fuel consumption:

(1) Loading of the flight
(2) Weather - wind etc...


and...informal - the mood of the check-in agent.

Most of the time, it depence on situation... As some of my friends have had experience with Cathay Pacific, but were around 5kg over limit, once the staff didnt charge him but the other time, the staff did... So its hard to say if they will or not for sure...
In my experience, the staff usually would let you off if you are less than 5kg over limit... But of course, I cannot ensure that the staff will not charge you there... But in my experience, I have had a maximum of 7kg over limit, but I had very little hand carry (just my laptop and a small bag) so the staff let me off...
What I would suggest you to keep it to around 2-3kg maximum... And but some of the heavier but small in size stuff in your carry bag... As it is not very often that the staff at check-in would weight your bag...
