19 6 8 年,第一間大家樂快餐店於銅鑼灣糖街正式開業,為香港中式快餐發展揭開了新的一頁。大家樂由當初的個體經營,發展至今天成為全港最大的中式快餐集團,並開辦其他類型餐廳,如B r av o、意粉屋、阿二靚湯等,分店總數超過 2 0 0 間,遍佈全港每個角落,每日為超過 30 0,0 0 0 香港人提供各式美食,成為香港人生活不可或缺的一部份。
