2.選download, 選ICQ5.1 version(暫時最新version)
3. 下載好後就安裝它
4. 安裝好後會有個介面, 選 "Get an ICQ Number"
5. 輸入個人資料/設定密碼等後就會獲得一個屬於自己的ICQ號碼
6. 之後就可以免費用這ICQ號碼和其他人聯絡
