you can just go to anyone of the HMV customer service counter and request. All you need to do to pay deposit and they will order for you. Deposit ranges from $30 to $100. All depends on your CD's price.

But my experience is they are quite lazy to follow up if your CD requested is not from large distributors. If your CD is not very popular, you need to call and follow up from time to time. But of course, you can get back your deposit if there is no result. I tried before.
