大家好呀, 想問下如去法國買LV袋, LV網上標價係歐元650, 呢個價係咪已經包左稅? 如果係, 咁可以退到12% OR 13% 既稅? 而退稅方面, 會否收手續費? 又會收多少? 用現金或信

the amount they shown has include tax already, once u leave France, you could get the tax refund from the airport, for 12%, they will not charge u any tax refund fees, no matter how you pay for the bag, the rate of refund are the same.
