Sydney 有甚麼 5 star hotel 海鮮seafood dinner buffet good?

if u like seafood, i will suggest u to go to fish market. if u spend AU$100 per head, u will have the best seafood there. the sashimi is fresh oysters, salmon, tuna, sword fish, mud carb, lobster, king prawn.......etc u name it. they got all ther. however, if u choose to go to 5 star hotel, u will only have some blue swimmer, some sashimi, oyster and prawn. but try fish market, u will enjoy more than in the hotel.
but one thing, fish market close around 5 p.m. go there have lunch in there is so nice. u can sit right next to the water and enjoy the sunshine and seafood. it would be so nice.
tell u i work in there before. u can even get a bottle of chadonnay from the shop and have a wonderful time in there.
becuz 5 star hotel, everywhere is the same. try to get a seafood platter from Peter's ( i work there before) the chef call Zac, tell him Louis introduce u to go there. i went back there in easter. the lobster is nice in there, but he cannot cook mud crab well, try the opposite shop, the chef there is a vietnamness, he can cook crab well. and they have fresh oyster open in front of u. if u r lucky, u may find fresh tuna and sword fish and sea urchin. anyway, good luck and have fun and a have a nice trip.

For Seafood, Defintely u can enjy much at Fish Market as the price is cheap and u can choose any kind of fresh seafood as you want.

However, I 've been to a restauarant named 'Doyles' at Quay (at Sydney Circular Quay) The seafood Platter is not bad as it's include the selected seafood and it's just located opposite to the Opera House and under the bridge.. the view is excellenct than from any other restauarants close to Sydney Harbour. I think people usually go to the Fish Market at Pyrmont. The seafood is really fresh there.
