我想請問一下係邊度可以揾到一些實用既英文生字

as you are going to be a CE candidate, i suggest you prepare your own vocab book. it's quite a lot of work but it's better than just copy what others have done.
to learn vocab. more effectively, you can read newspaper every day. when you see some useful, common vocab and phrases, copy them in the book and check the meaning with a dictionary (yet, don't check every word but only those which you can see often). the yahoo dictionary would be a good choice as it has all what you want, including pronunciation, chinese meaning, parts of speech and even examples. if you are hard working enough, you can try to put the vocab under different categories such as pollution, health, etc. so that you can use those vocab and phrases when you write your composition on certain topics. by doing so, you can not only learn the vocab but also try to use them. this can surely reinforce your learning.
