best price cigar

There is a shop called - Cigar Launch just opened at Lan Kwai Fong. The cigar's price is not very expensive. But the cigar taste is very great. My friend try once, and he said the cigar is the best smell that he has tried. Of course ,cohiba,davidoff is very good. But Willy is also great smell.

I know there are shops for cigar, one is in Soho East decorated with yellow chairs. Another one is in Causeway Bay called Cigar Inn just opposite to Time Square. However, there is no elevator within the building and you need to walk up to the time and may be a bit exhausted.
There is a new shop called Cigar Launch just opened in Lan Kwai Fong. I just heard from my friend that their cigar is OK and the price is reasonable. However, I cannot remember the exact address. I remember it is at the 8th floor of one of the building in Lan Kwai Fong.
Can anyone tell me the address or contact.
