這就是俗稱"咖哩雞"的東西
因用口吸時在口腔與手背間製造了一個真空的空間
把手背表層些微扯起
微血管爆裂造成積血的現象
通常要幾小時至數天才會消散

This is so called "Curry Chicken". Probably is due to the blood being sucked to the outer skin layer by the vaccum created by the mouth.
