邊間航空公司係全球最佳航空公司???

國 泰 獲 選 「 全 球 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」


在 全 球 最 大 型 的 乘 客 意 見 調 查 Skytrax Research 中 ， 國 泰 航 空 公 司 獲 選 為 2006 年 「 全 球 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」 、 「 亞 洲 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」 及 「 最 佳 頭 等 客 艙 」 。
以 倫 敦 為 基 地 的 Skytrax Research 指 出 ， 今 年 的 調 查 是 全 球 歷 來 最 大 型 的 乘 客 意 見 調 查 ， 超 過 1,230 萬 名 合 資 格 的 提 名 者 ， 分 別 來 自 94 個 不 同 國 籍 。 調 查 是 於 2005 年 6 月 至 2006 年 5 月 期 間 進 行 。
Skytrax 指 ： 「 『 全 球 最 佳 航 空 公 司 』 評 選 ， 被 公 認 為 乘 客 對 世 界 各 地 航 空 公 司 評 價 的 環 球 指 標 。 調 查 對 象 並 非 單 一 類 別 乘 客 ， 而 是 廣 泛 地 把 所 有 類 別 的 乘 客 納 入 其 中 ， 除 慣 常 乘 搭 頭 等 及 商 務 艙 的 商 務 旅 客 外 ， 還 包 括 向 來 佔 大 比 數 的 經 濟 艙 乘 客 ， 不 論 他 們 是 公 幹 或 消 閒 旅 遊 。 」
國 泰 航 空 的 候 機 貴 賓 室 早 前 亦 在 Skytrax 調 查 中 獲 選 為 「 全 球 最 佳 頭 等 貴 賓 室 」 及 「 全 球 最 佳 商 務 貴 賓 室 」 。 Skytrax 表 示 ， 候 機 貴 賓 室 的 調 查 ， 乃 根 據 產 品 及 服 務 素 質 作 評 分 ， 「 以 提 供 原 創 產 品 及 服 務 的 航 空 公 司 為 對 象 ， 產 品 及 服 務 質 素 均 是 最 佳 。 」
國 泰 航 空 曾 於 2003 年 獲 選 為 「 全 球 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」 ， 並 曾 三 度 獲 選 為 「 亞 洲 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」 及 兩 度 膺 選 為 「 泛 太 平 洋 最 佳 航 空 公 司 」 ， 亦 曾 在 2002 年 奪 得 「 最 佳 候 機 貴 賓 室 」 獎 。 今 年 四 月 ， 在 Skytrax Research 的 另 一 項 調 查 中 ， 香 港 國 際 機 場 連 續 第 五 年 被 選 為 「 全 球 最 佳 機 場 」 。

Of couse Singapore Airlines is the best!!! The flight attentdants are very friendly. SIA's maintainance is far better than Cathay Pacific Airways because SIA's planes seldom break down. The new seat plan(The Romance of Travel lives on) on B777-300ER is far better than CPA also. 10.6 inchs LCD screens on Economy Class! Larger than Virgin Atlantic Airways' Upper Class Suite! 1+2+1 on Business Class! 35" wide seats on First Class! Far better than any other airlines!
I hope you to know that if you ask this question in HK, many people will say Cathay Pacific Airways is the best because CPA is "made in HK". And so on at other places. But my opinion is Singapore Airlines is the best airline in the world.

Cathay Pacific and Singapore airline

Depending on which survey you are looking at...
According to Air Transport World, Cathay Pacific is the Best Airlines 2006...
But according Skytrax Research, British Airways is the Best Airlines 2006...

And there are some more survey on best airlines of the World and many have different result...
Also, even some airlines have hardly got the award of Best Airlines, but their services doesnt means to be bad...
As these survey are done by internet, so it only count a minority of people's view... And also some airlines that provide great services like Singapore Airlines which is like really polite crew but some people may think its too much and over the top as they always answer you with the formal answer...
Having said that, I have tried many airlines so far, and I can point out a few to you that I think are more or less the best if not... Singapore Airlines do provide a great services and very polite crew as well, but some people may think its too much... Emirates is another good one which hardly win the award, but they do provide pretty good services too, but I think Emirates concentrate too much on their Business/First Class customers unlike Singapore Airlines which provide excellent services at all class... Also Cathay Pacific I find not too bad, but maybe because my experience was a short-haul flight, but I think they are pretty professional and polite... Sometimes people say they are very moodly, but what I think is treat people well and they will treat you well to provide you with reasonable services...
