i will join a party . i wear a middle long black skirt. i want to wear a black sandle. can i wear body colour stocking or no stocking?

if you wear sandle, it's better not wear stocking. remember to put some moisturizer on feet. there are also spray-on panty stocking, i've been seen in the Bonjour, or you may try Japanese department store for they always have some in-fashion things.
