我想知multinational and foreign direct investment既分別...!!
同埋..一間公司可唔可以又係foreign direct investment and multinational 呢..?
有冇example?

我覺得有相似之處~
multinational應該是在幾個國家都有投資的公司, 無3不成幾, 應該起碼有3個國家.
而foreign direct investment 就是直接把資金轉到外國投資, 這個動作常指是到一個國家去投資, 而不是一次過到多國投資.
如果一間公司有了幾個國家的direct investment, 很可能便能稱得上是multinational的了.
