xanga係免費架，所以一定可以申請不過好似唔比13歲以下人申請，你將年齡報大就可以了
Xanga的條例寫明一定要13歲以上才能申請

users can choose not to be found in "user search" ga. so the usernames u picked can be already in use though u cant find them in user search!
