船務文件問題

我一般在七至十天前追貨. checking closing date of vessel and match the goods to be delivered before closing date of vessel

文件包括. invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin (if for europe will be GSP Form A), inform them to give you immediately after shipment.
if 供應商 deal with you is FOB hongkong. before shipment need to ask them Import Licence (for textiles shipment from China and FOB hongkong. need this for applying export licence). and ask them container receipt for you to exchange BL with shipping company or ask them for BILL OF LADING AFTER shipment.

Invoice date應該打ETD

要睇下截關時間(CLOSING) ，貨必須在指定截關時間前到倉

一般出口文件: COMMERCIAL INVOICE , PACKING LIST, 出口証(如有需要) ，另外需要問收貨人是否需要FORM A, C/O.
