Let W,Y,Z be in the period 2
in order to have same electronic configuration
X must be in the lower period(period 3)
So, X is the largest in atomic number.
Then,consider W,Y,Z
W is in G6
Y is in G7
Z is in G0
So, Z > Y > W and X > Z >Y > W

first they are in same period/similar electronic structure for example period 1
Z=8
X=9
Y=7
W=6
so X > Z >Y > W

suppose the atomic number of Z is 8

X+ = 8+1 = 9
Y- = 8-1 = 7
W2- = 8-2 = 6

cos X+ is the higest of all of them
