A stone is thrown vertically downward from a cliff of height 100 m . Its distances above sea level at different times are shown in the following table(e句係話一塊石頭從高處被投擲,垂直向下100米的峭壁。它的距離在海水平之上在不同的時刻在下表裡顯示) :

跟住,個table係指:1秒之後,個石頭同海面既距離:咁姐話1秒就差95米,2秒就差80米,3秒就差55米,4秒就差20米,5秒就係-10米(姐話係海底10米),6秒就係-30米.

After the throw , find the total distance travelled(石頭在投擲以後,找總距離)
(a) in the first 2 seconds ,(找頭2秒)
(b) from the 4th second to the 6th second .(找第4至6秒)

a)in the first 2 seconds =(100-95)+(95-80)
=5+15
=20米
b)from the 4th second to the 6th second=(55-20)+(20-(-10))+(-10-(-30))
=35+30+20
=85米
