Dear Miss xxx,My hair has been permed with ionized treatment on 28 October 2006. As a result, I cannot wear pigtail for seven days. What shall I do?
I would like to know if Mr xxx will blame me for not wearing pigtail. Shall I wait until Mr xxx start to blame me on that then I tell him the reason why I cannot wear pigtail for seven days?
Any alternatives? What shall I do?
