當然是好事,因
1.減低成本及增加協同效益, 例如人手,行政費用, 採購物資等
2.可使國泰增加內地航線及班線
3.可減少競爭對手, 壯大公司size

it is a bad thing for the customer who need to pay more to buy the tickets and it would be less choices.
but it is good for 國泰 becoz it can increase the price of the tickets and they can spend less money on the cost .it is less competition.
