香港酒店及旅遊業前景

１）由於中國開放自由行，多了很多中國旅客，他們要求廉價賓館。所以廉價賓館需求大增。
２）香港是世界金融中心，商務旅客會維持穩定數量，所以商務酒店會維持生意額。而且會有一定增長。
３）ＢＯＵＴＩＱＵＥ　ＨＯＴＥＬ會開始流行。
４）旅遊業會繼續受惠自由行和國內旅行團。不過ＶＡＴ和零費團的問題會令前景蒙上暗影。
５）香港的旅遊點開發不足，有待改善。同時，政府要減少對旅遊業的干擾和破壞。

The tourism and hotel industry in Hong Kong should be able to keep on going, however ways on accomodating guests has change from big chain hotels into smaller but unique boutique hotels. Since tourist from Mainland China is still a main market and they tend to ask for better quality on all aspects. On the other hand, a lot of international conventions and exibitions are held in Hong Kong, which leads to the demand of hotel and short one day/ half day tours, this might be another way out for the industry. So i guess the future of the hospitality industry in hk should be bright eurf.
