For improving listening skills:
You can watch the TV news programme everyday. First in Chinese and then later in English with the same content. For beginners, you can get the rough meaning first and then hear exactly wt it is in English. This does not only improve your english listening skills , it also helps you build up a lot of vocabulary. If you get used to it, you can watch the English News directly without reading the subtitles. e.g. TVB jade and Pearl

Another method is to watch English movies or series. e.g. prison break, ER, OC. These are very popular and more interesting than the news report. You can also learn the casual way of speaking english from them. For TVB Pearl and ATV World, every weekend there are movies showing. It is a good way to listen native english too.

You can also listen to the radio programme and listen to english songs. In this way, you can improve your listening effectively.

For improving oral:
You can try to listen to the tape for listening/oral tape which is spoken by native speaker. After that, follow them to speak the sentence. You can improve your pronounciation, intonation and pace in this way.

Also, you can speak english to your friends(if they are willing to) and teachers. I believe your teachers will be very happy to hear that. You can join more english activities, such as public speaking, debate competitions and prose reading. You may read the english newspaper everyday. But most importantly, you have to think in english before you speak them. In this way, you will find yourself easier to express in english.

A conversation is dialogue between one or more people.

If the question asks you to write the conversation between you and Mary, then you are required to write out the words spoken between Mary and yourself. You should write it in dialogue and script form, not as an essay.
