adolf hitler is a totalitarian dictator during the inter-war period.jesse owens is an american athlete who played in the 1936 olympic game. the olympic game was held in berlin, germany. hitler wanted to use this game to show the world that nazi germany was great. however, jesse won 4 medals in the game and this shocked many people. hitler was jealous.
