可是當實行分工後，每一個工人只須負責其中一個步驟，我們只需要給他們做那個步驟所需的器具就可以了。這就可以節省生產工具的資源。而且因為工人只會專注於自己負責的那個步驟，所以他可以盡用他獲分配的工具。
