You must be refering to the advantages of division of labour.
Making full use of capital goods means that the capital goods are not left idle during production, which will not be the case when division of labour is not practiced.
Saving resources from being used to produce capital goods means that less capital goods are required to be produced, because with division of labour, workers need not to be equipped with the whole set of capital goods, but only the set required in his/her stage in which he/she specializes.
