定係我方只須由本港運入倉庫? 廠方須給我方咩文件,而我方又須給咩

內地...在哪裡 ? 如深圳,東莞,惠州....要用陸路到港如中山,珠海,江門... 可用船運到港, 運費比拖車費用較為平
如陸路到港 , 必須過本地散貨車交貨 ( 很多大陸車不會上倉 , 除非俾$ )
如船運到港 , 運輸要到卸貨區提貨 , 再交倉
貨品在國內出口, 大多數要做商檢, 完成商檢後 , 就要報關員安排報關出口 ( 工廠基本給你文件: 裝箱單 , 發票 , 如有申請CO/FA, 就要給你 )
你給船公司資料 , 交貨前 , 你先要與船公司訂倉 , 取S/O交給運輸交倉 , 運輸交貨後會給你尾紙 , 到船開後 , 船公司會FAX提單給你核對 , CFM 提單OK , 連同$ , 尾紙交給船公司 , 船公司會給你正本提單 , 你要將提單 , 你公司出貨裝貨單 , 發票 速遞到外國客人
如果是BANK單 , 你將以上文件交到銀行 , 由銀行放單給收貨人

It is depends the terms on the contract .
If it is FOB , then the factory should bear the freight until the shipment
arrive into HK . and you only arrange 由本港運入倉庫 with the shipping agency.
If it is all COLLECT ,ask them to deliver the shipment to your forwarder ,
then you have to pay the freight from Origin to HK and to your warehouse also .
You need invoices , packing list ,L/C and banking document if this is L/C shpt.
remember you have arrange customs declaration by tradelink .
