有關factors of production問題

i.) traffic congestion from HK to China lengthens the journey of work, and hence increase the opportunity cost of travelling. People will tend to refuse to move and work in China. Geographical mobility will decrease.

ii.)When the economic conditions in China is better, people will expect a higher long term reward for working in China. They will be more eager to work in China and hence increase the geographical mobility of workers from HK to China.

iii.) When boundary facilities improvement tax is imposed, a higher money cost would be paid when travelling from HK to China. Therefore, people will consider a higher cost and tend to travel less. For the workers, they are less willing to trvel and work in China. Therefore, the geographical mobility of workers from HK to China decreases.

iv) Social and political unrest occured in Indonesia makes no effect on the cost and value of travel and work in China. Therefore, there is no effect on geographical mobility.

Because the economic growth rapidly in China, political is stable now more foreign investor come to China to make investment, demanding of professional person is increase, therefore more hong kong citizen proceed to China for work.
