I dressed up as ghastly as a corpse.

I prepared lots of food such as chicken wings, sandwiches and pum*****ins. I just prepared lots of different drinks such as orange juice, coca cola and apple juice. ->
I've prepared lots of food such as chicken wings, sandwiches and pumpkins but only a few of drinks,which were orange juice, coca cola and apple juice,etc.

1. "like a corpse" change to "look like a corpse"
2."i prepared" change to "i had prepared"
3."lots of food" change to "a lot of food"
4."I just prepared lots of different drinks such as orange juice, coca cola and apple juice." change to "But i had just prepared a few kinds of drinks such as orange juice, coca cola and apple juice.

文法上沒有錯.
不過比較港式的英語，沒有像洋人所寫的暢順。
