點解啱啱跑完步唔坐得?
跑4400m有咩技巧?
做咩可以令自己腹部冇咁痛?

因為如果你啱啱跑完步就坐底會有心臟病,心臟會Fu hall 唔到嫁~!
如果跑4400m,主要係平日多D練習,跑時一腳大步d,唔好落地太耐,點一點地就要起腳跑.
第三題我唔識,幫唔到你,Sorry!
你一開始跑約十五分鐘(每一至兩日一次)(睇你體能),跑約一至三星期,覺得冇咩喘氣,你就跑約三十分鍾(每日三日一次),又跑約一個月,之後跑一個鍾,你就會長氣D!~!
你一定要有誠心去跑,唔好疲倦就唔跑

因為你一坐
因為跑步完血流得快,會加大血壓,如果仲坐低,身體彎曲,就會壓住血管.....令腳部的血就不能回流去心臟,在大睥血就會成成擠塞,血管會脹大...不過耐左彈性會減低....嚴重的可能會爆血管的
400米就是一個速度+體能的表現...演習依兩方面
腹痛是因為你有急劇的運動.....胸下的橫隔膜有抽筋的現象,即是你平時練的比較少,要多D運動量
長氣就是一星期二至三次長跑或一些耐力的訓練,可以幫你解決400米之後好辛苦的問題

if you always traning,i thick you can do the best it is because you are more strong and if you keep breathing in running,i thick you can feel more comfortable and i have a idea for you .YOU CAN RUN THIRD TIMES ONCE A WEEK IN FIRST TIME,but if you often to do that,you can run about6-7 times once a week.YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT DURING THE FIRST TIME,don't run more than 5 minutes but in the next time,you can run more and more.You may do some exercise before running.If you keep to do this, you can run well but i thick you need time to training, i thick after one month, you can do better.Sorry, i thick 4400m is too long,if you want to do faster in this race ,i thick one month for you is not enough. I hope you can do the best,ok?
