which university in Canada is the best of hotel management

TO be perfectly honest to you, I don't think Canada is that good or reputable in the field of hotel management. The previous contributor mentioned that Guleph and York are the ones. But you should know that they are NOT that famous.
Based on my experience (I did my high school and undergrad in Canada and master in the UK), Guelph is famous for agricultural sciences and vetarinian York is good at MBA and Law.

Well, don't take my advice for granted. If you are eagerly interested in hotel management, I think Swizerland is a better place (although it may be a bit expensive!)
But rememebr, short-term pain and long-term gain!
My experience and observation tell me that if a university is nationally famous or even internationally recognizable for their academic quality, they don't usually offer this kind of partical course. Like Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, and Harvard don't offer hotel managment. I don't mean to be offensive but it is just the fact!
