Not a chance...I think not bcuz T-Mac might have another freak accident (Lord forbid), and Yao's foot ain't been up 2 par lately. Plus, look at the division they're in! NO/OKC Hornets, San Antonio Spurs, Memphis Grizzlies, and the DALLAS MAVS! The MAVS!!!
1st. We need to make sure T-mac and Yao are healthy for the whole yr
2nd. I'd like to see Bonzi on the Floor. If he can bring the much needed spark off the bench, we could be a very threatning team.
I'd say were going to get to the Western Conf. Finals, and prolly get knocked off by the Mavs. But to re-itterate, If Yao and T-mac arent healthy all is for not..
On paper the Rockets are stacked, they certainly have all the pieces to win it all, but winning it all means having all those pieces fit together, play hard for 82-110 games, and not have any injuries...no small task, but they could do it.
they got the starters/but no bench to contend with the teams in the west. if the make it into the second round they will play either suns, spurs or mavericks. two of them will run them into the ground where the spurs will punish you if you make a mistake. soo rockets good team yes, champs no
if they can keep all their players healthy they might have a chance to doit they havenot been to the NBA finals since they won back to back championships in 94 and 95.
