Both a) and c) sound good.

C. without the mayo though.

I would ask for C. thick slice of ham and Swiss, mayo, lettuce and tomato. I would add a spot of potato salad or a few salt and vinegar chips, a large diet coke too.

Right now chicken biscuit, later I would like a PB+J.

I'm going with c. Instead of mayo though I'd put Miracle Whip on it and put it on rye bread.
