(including talk about where I am, what happened,what kinds of people get hurt in the accident,how many injured are there)
If the injured feels very miserable
I will comfort her......

如果係我,我會打999報警先,之後去睇下個婆婆有冇事,再叫人call白車,問下有冇人識急救等等

I will memorize the registration no. of the trunk, then dial 999 and call for an ambulance at once. Afterwards, I will rush to her side and see if I can stop the bleed(if any).
