我想知道有那些國家簽署了蒙特婁協議書

At present, 189 nations have become party to the Montreal Protocol (see http://www.unep.org/ozone/Treaties_and_Ratification/2C_ratificationTable.asp). Those 6 that are not as of March 2005 are Andorra, Equatorial Guinea, Iraq, San Marino, East Timor and Vatican City.

1987年9月16日再於加拿大蒙特婁市舉行國際會議，並由全世界二十六個國家共同簽署「蒙特婁破壞臭氧層物質管制議定書(Montreal Protocol on Substances that Depletethe Ozone Layer)」﹐管制氟氯碳化物使用之國際公約，也於1989年1月起正式生效。

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, European Community,
Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Italy,
Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Netherland, New Zealand,
Norway, Panama, Portugal, Russian Fed, Senegal,
Sweden, Switzerland, Togo, UK, USA, Venezuela,
合共26個國家

之後再有20個國家簽署此條約
Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Burkina Faso,
Chile, Congo, Greece, Indonesia, Ireland,
Israel, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Morocco,
Philippines, Spain, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine,


之後總共有5次 REVISIONS
1990 (London), 1992 (Copenhagen), 1995 (Vienna), 1997 (Montreal), and 1999 (Beijing).
