ok first u have to know if she loves any one, if yes, u can still chase her...but very difficult...if no..then it will be a lot more easier...
1. talk to her more!!this is the very important!!be funny and friendly..and it will attract her to be ur friend...talk to her more...and show her that u cares about her
2 .ask for her phone and msn..this is the basics...if u dun ask...u guys will have less time to communicate...because u guys could talk secretly msn and phone....and in the 1st few times of chatting...ask something about homework...and chat something not about schoolwork (gossips, etc.)..and then slowly u chat with her with more other things...and u guys would talk on the phone everyday
3.go to school wif her...as u say u live wif her in the same building..it is very convienient to go to school with her....and then go with her everyday...and u 2 soon became good friends....
4. study with her...maybe u 2 can go study in the library....studying together will have better relationships...help her to study too....and then she will think study with u will be more effective...and she will always study with u ..but rmb dun talk too much other things
5. go out wif her...maybe u go out with her with a lot of people to celebrate birthdays or simply for play...and make her feel happy at that time...and then go out more with her and with other people...and if u had a chance, make the date just u and her...u say ur fds are busy so can't go....and then u guys will go out more together...and be more close....
6. i think she will know u like her at that time....if she dun have any response...u must test her....try to ask her about if she likes any boys...and then if she said no...that u must add oil....if she said yes...force her to tell u...but the one who she likes might not be u...so dun think she likes u....and if she still dun tell...then it may be u....^^
7. at this stage u can choose A or B
A: date her out and tell her u love her
B: cool down the relationship...try to be less close....try to be cool and see how she response....if u continue to be cool..she will ask u why are u so cool..and if she likes u...she will ask for a long time...and she will tell her she likes u....if she dun't tell u she likes u....try to tell her u like her.....this might works but the risk will be quite high
