short circuit 的wire有幾多voltage?
佢有好大的current但係voltage會唔會係0?

其實唔可以話係 0，只可以話好接近 0.因為幾好既導體，都會有佢既電阻值． Current pass this resistance, will have voltage drop.
because V = IR
所以 voltage 會好細接近 0.
