Pardon me for this but I have never heard it being said in this way before.
You can either say,
1. To me, you are unique
2. You are unique to me

當然是第一句，You are my unique.

因為You後面一定用are！

you are先啱,因為you 係唔可以is, he she it 就可以.....

coz you係special case....
同埋佢有兩個意思...
一個係眾數you..一個係單數you...
