The procedure

1. How to prepare Sushi Vinegar: mix up a spoonful of fine sugar, white vinegar and a bit of salt.
2. How to repare Sushi Rice(cooked rice for making sushi): Put a cup of rice and water respectively in an electric rice cooker for making cooked rice. Cool the cooked rice by electric fan, then mix the rice with the Sushi Vinegar thoroughly.

2. Shushi vinegar put into cooked rice when hot, mixed together and sit for cool. can use a fan to help for cool , then the rice can fully absorb the Shusi vinegar, that is Shushi rice.
