如果佢Growth rate of the firm=8%，只要你覺得fair，$46已經係fair value，因為佢已經好過放定存，唔需要calculation。舉例，你做一單生意有$8賺，你覺唔覺得fair?
如果你平日做開$8單生意，就會發得fair，如果你平日做開$2單生意，就會覺得好正，如果你平日做開$20一單生意你就會覺得好唔抵(not fair).
